COLUMBIA

USC Campus Village
Mixed use project for the University of South Carolina including student housing, retail, a gymnasium, and common areas. 2-story of cast-in-place structure with concrete shear walls and columns and included a rebar-reinforced drop beam podium transition slab to wood framing. Also included was a 5-story precast garage to be used for resident parking.

Gadsden and Greene
12-story new student housing project for the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. This was a large pile cap and grade beam project on auger cast rigid inclusions with foundations exceeding 9,000 cyds of concrete and a total project over 700 tons of rebar. This project was a Metrodeck framed structure with over 750,000 SF of concrete topping. This project also included a 5-story precast garage to be used for resident parking.
Lexington Medical Center – Tower Expansion
New 12 story, 600,000sf addition to the existing Lexington Medical Center Hospital in Columbia, SC. The structure consists of deep foundations supported by auger cast piles, steel frame, multiple 12 story cast-in-place elevator, stair, and blade walls, slabs on grade, and slabs on metal deck. 20,000 cubic yards of concrete was placed on this project.
CHARLESTON

MUSC College of Medicine
Starting Summer of 2025, the MUSC College of Medicine is a 200,000 SF classroom building downtown on the MUSC campus. This building consists of heavy deep foundations on driven precast piling, full height (125’ tall) cast in place shearwalls, cast in place steel column pedestals and foundation walls supporting 35,000 SF of cast in place conventionally reinforced slab at Level 1, and over 150,000 SF of composite concrete slabs on metal deck. This project will require a high level of logistical coordination due to the small jobsite footprint to place the required 10,500 Cubic Yards of concrete.

MUSC CSC Relocation
Constructed a 45,000 SF concrete tilt-up expansion to an existing, fully operational medical storage facility in Charleston, SC. The project required extensive logistical coordination to maintain facility operations, and included site improvements, tilt-up panel erection, and interior fit-out for medical-grade storage systems.
Drury Hotel
8-story post-tensioned concrete hotel structure built using table formwork to maximize efficiency and reduce schedule duration. Located in a high-traffic urban area, this project required detailed sequencing, formwork engineering, and high-rise safety planning to execute a full-frame concrete build within a compressed timeline.

31 & 32 Laurens Street
Located in Downtown Charleston, SC just off East Bay Street, the Laurens Street project with two buildings totaling 290,000 SF. Each building structure consists of deep foundations supported by precast driven piles, slab on grade, cast in place shearwalls and columns, 74,000 SF of cast in place PT podium and another 142,000 SF of steel frame and Versadeck composite slabs up to Level 5. We placed 10,500 cubic yards of concrete and installed over 975 Tons of rebar on this project.
SAVANNAH

Tomochichi Courthouse
Renovation and addition to the existing Tomochichi Federal Courthouse in Savannah, GA. This project consisted of a new cast-in-place frame structure located in the existing courtyard. Numerous one sided and two-sided concrete shear walls, elevators, and stair shafts along with new slabs on grade, structural repairs to the historic building, and new sally port and loading dock. 2,500 yards of concrete was placed on this project.
Gulfstream Aerospace – Buildings X, Y, & Z
Our projects for Gulfstream Aerospace located in Savannah, GA consisted of three separate projects in three different buildings on Gulfstreams campus. Building X was installing a new foundation for a Broetje MPAC Machine. This consisted of a large mat foundation with embedded steel beams, plates, and trenches to support the equipment. Building Y and Z were each 130,000 sf additions to the existing buildings. These industrial manufacturing facilities included steel fiber reinforced slabs on grade with dowel baskets and reinforced cosinus floor joints, numerous large mat foundations, trenches, and pits to support manufacturing and associated equipment. 15,662 cubic yards of concrete was placed on these projects.

Eastern Wharf Phase II – Pilot & Park
Pilot and Park located in Savannah, GA is a large multi family development. This project consisted of foundations and slabs on grade for a 40,000 sf precast parking garage, as well as deep foundations, and a 100,000 sf cast-in-place podium and amenity deck to support the wood framed structure above. 8,500 cubic yards of concrete was placed on this project.
SCAD – Student Housing
This student housing project consisted of two separate buildings supported by deep auger cast supported foundations, slabs on grade, and cast-in-place frame structures with parking and podiums to support wood framing above. The two buildings totaled 95,000 sf of suspended PT slabs and 70,000 sf of slabs on grade. 7,200 cubic yards of concrete was placed on this project.
PEE DEE

Georgia Pacific Cobbler Project
A large industrial renovation to and existing manufacturing plant in Darlington, SC to demo and remove existing concrete slabs and foundations to install a new 4’ thick concrete foundation supported in conveyor system for more efficient plant operations. A steel-framed mezzanine was also included in this renovation all while plant operations continued 24/7. Multiple shifts were required so as to meet the schedule and to not interfere with continuous plant operations. Our team beat the construction schedule and prevented any plant shutdowns during the entirety of the project.
UNDISCLOSED FACILITIES
INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
Design-build industrial project consisting of a 130,000 SF facility with extremely high service loads. Collaborated closely with the design team to develop and value engineer the foundation and slab systems to meet performance criteria. Scope included detailed coordination for structural integrity under heavy equipment loads.
DATA CENTER
50,000 SF data center constructed using insulated sandwich panel tilt-up construction. Project included heavy MEP coordination and integration of critical infrastructure into concrete wall panels. Fast-track delivery model employed to meet aggressive schedule for operational readiness.
